We had Safe Electrical Service out to do some upgrades recently. We were very pleased with the service we received. We wanted several things done but were unsure about which to do first. Charles broke down the work into three proposals which made it easier for us to decide, based on our budget and needs. He also helped identify some safety issues with the current wiring and load panel, which we had him correct. His crew are all very professional and highly skilled. They did an amazing job installing recessed LED ceiling lights as well as extra outlets, dimmers, the circuit breaker panel, and even helped troubleshoot an issue we had with our rec room wiring. Safe Electrical Service is our go-to electrician from here on out! Thank you Charles!!!

We were hit by a pretty bad storm late at night this summer. The downed tree branches took out all of our external electrical, downed wires, it was a mess. We were without power for 2 days. Safe Electrical came out the same day I called and assessed the damage for no charge and wrote a competitive estimate. Unfortunately, given the timing of events, they couldn't make it out for repairs until the next afternoon. I was really worried about losing everything in my freezer. Charles offered to let me use one of his generators overnight to keep things from spoiling, ultimately saving me hundreds in grocery costs. The guys that came out the next day were friendly and knowledgeable. It was a long job, but they powered through. I would recommend Safe Electrical 100% and plan to use them for all of my electrical needs.

If you need any electrical work done call SAFE Electrical, they replaced the wiring in my home. They were reasonably priced, completed the work on time, explained the work that they were doing, and were extremely courteous. If we could give them a higher score we would. We are going to have more electrical work done and we are definitely calling SAFE Electrical.

I worked with Safe Electrical on multiple wiring requirements for a new basement bathroom. The owners, Charles and Noelle were amazing in all aspects of the project. The pricing was fair, all scope items were professionally installed and their flexibility with the moving schedule was Class A. I highly recommend contacting Charles and Noelle: terrific people to work with on any electrical needs.

Safe Electric Service "SES" recently added seven outdoor up- lights to enhance our front yard and installed a security camera with flood lights. The crew's work was outstanding - all interior piping was a work of art with minimum bends and interference with any existing structures. I was presented with a schematic drawing of the under ground wiring which was a nice feature that hopefully prevents me from cutting the wiring when performing necessary yard work. This project was one of many that "SES" performed for me over the years in their usual outstanding, professional, courtesy way of doing business. It has been a joy working with all "SES"'s crew members and I look forward to working with them in the future whenever I have a need for electrical services.

We contacted Safe Electrical for the upgrade needed for our solar panels installation this summer. Charles and his team were knowledgable, courteous and diligent. Our house is over 100 years old and has had some remolding, but it was only a little challenging for Charles to design the best layout for our needs. Charles and his team returned to tweak our new system as required by subsequent city and ComEd inspections. We are very satisfied with and highly recommend Safe Electrical!

Our home is over 100 years old and still had cloth electrical wire. Safe Electrical did an amazing job on what we would consider a very big job. They were always on time, always courteous, helpful and pleasant which was important when contractors were in our home for two weeks! They were clean hard workers, stuck to their estimate, even though there were lots of surprises found! Of all the contractors we have ever worked with, these guys come with the highest rating! I became a new customer this year (2026) and had many outdated and broken fixtures to be repaired. Noelle delivered the greatest customer service I have ever encountered, Charles, Supervisor, explained what work needed to be done in great detail, and Mitch, Electric Technician, completed all work in a very professional manner (over & Beyond).
